杨楠，北京工商大学数字商科与首都发展创新中心讲师。英国东安格利亚大学博士（商业数据分析），英国华威大学商学院研究助理，在Business Strategy and the Environment、Annals of Operations Research等期刊及EurOMA等国际会议发表英文论文多篇。

主要研究方向：在线顾客评论；文本分析；情感倾向分析；非结构性数据；机器学习；主题建模（Online customer reviews; text mining; machine learning; unstructured data; topic modelling）。
